Two new university buildings, the MIN forum and the Institute for computer science, enfold and extend the new campus square. The square extends spaciously into the new MIN forum and develops itself as a spectacular interior space of the university buildings to an expanded urban area. As in a “town loggia” building and city determine each other: The symbiosis of public space and adjacent buildings creates a generosity that meets the high demands on the "Forum" of the university. The distinctive shape and the choice of materials with vertically arranged fair faced brickwork add to this impression.
